The riders getting their briefing before the race. The re-enactment the 1907 race was under the rules and safety regulation laid down by the governing body covering the present T.T. races, though many of these machines are over 80 years old they still capable of speeds of over 70 m.p.h., but unlike their counterparts today they can't stop as quickly, in fact some of these machine only have the stirrup front brake similar to those on today's bicycles. so safety was the first concern of all who took part.
