New Scale Catalogue for 1921

Roberts and Hibbs were connected with The New Scale Company Ltd from approximately 1919-1922 when Roberts and Hibbs went into bankruptcy and separated from New Scale Company.

Roberts and Hibbs were owned by Thomas Roberts and Lawrence Edgar Hibbs and were Financiers, Engineers and Ironfounders in Manchester England, and its likely that they financed Henry J Scale to expand his Company during those years.
